So it happened exactly a year ago Now that I went through the emails to remember I found just that: "Meirav, thanks for the introduction.

Hi Ohad I would be happy if we could meet. We design our BigID.com offices and we would love to see if you can help us with office branding. Will you have time to talk to Ann next week? Thanks Nimrod " Obviously!!! (By the way, Meirav is also the curator of an exhibition at Illustration Week, which I will present starting tomorrow at Schocken 27)
So do I do branding for companies?
The direct answer is no. But mostly yes.
And I will explain: If in today's era people collect a lot of inspiration from Pinterest, images and cyberspace. I gather my inspiration from life mostly, but when it comes to friendships I gather inspiration from the company’s pursuits. And together I weave a texture that combines them and me within the piece. First thing I research about society, out of curiosity and especially out of a strong desire to find the important points to which I can connect with my language, with my thought and with how I see things from my eyes I'm looking at what the company is doing? What does her brand book (visual language) look like? What are the leading colors? What is the company's statement? What do they want and need to broadcast? I then throw words into the air, yes yes I do not make sketches I mostly speak to myself and say out loud keywords through which I can express the answers to all the questions I have asked before. I build a concept under which I connect the variety of works they will make To one language and sitting and converging under one concept Which clearly combines (with as few words as possible) the connection to the company itself. BIG ID This is an information security company that produces software through which you can delete records of private individuals At the big companies. We all know for a long time that they are peeking at us all the time, That our information and about us is held in large systems and traded freely between the various companies. In the US and Europe (to the best of my knowledge so far no such law has yet been passed in Israel) Companies are required by law if a user wants his or her record deleted or it is required to delete it from the system. But the companies themselves usually do not know how to identify a specific user, but only know how to read and analyze the data themselves. To this end, the company in question was established to produce an option to delete a specific record. (If I was wrong here then I have a problem on the one hand on the other hand I have a startup who came to work ?;) This is where this project was born and the inspiration for the works that were made. I called on two beloved and talented people each in their field, together with me to produce and create art in their new and beautiful offices Dima Korma With its amazing aesthetics its sharp, precise and sensitive hand In murals he created that draw inspiration both colorfully and structurally from the visual language of society In each painting we also incorporated minimal 3D in order not to take up space within the space Neta Cohen https://www.instagram.com/netacohen_og/ The talented animator Together we created a video art wall that deals with the disturbing glimpse Planted an eye for an eye and animated them with precise expression, The animation is projected in video mapping on milky, three-dimensional glass balls that I placed on the wall. In addition, we created the company logo at the entrance, some of which is permanent and some of which is animated, in order to use an existing screen that was at the entrance. In the main living room I created a wall made of 4,200 pencils embedded inside the wall in the shape of a fingerprint which symbolizes the individual and individual personal interest of our little citizens, with at the end of each pencil protruding mainly the erasers of pencils, symbolizing the erasure of records. Opposite the pencil wall I created a wall made of two and three dimensional words through which the company knows how to identify one user or another. So to the question of whether I do branding?
No.
Yes.
Through my eyes engaged in cracking having a statement that is not only for society, but much wider.
Thanks to Nimrod and the stunning singing that flowed (even if some of the ideas on his face were a bit unfounded) Thanks to Merav Ofri Vax for the wonderful link
Thanks to Hagar Nissimov who just as usual can enlist in my craziness and drill with me 4,200 holes in the wall.

Thanks for the wonderful photos by Tamir Rogowski
